I had two difficulties. When the box arrived, it was smashed and I was missing one of the legs. Thankfully, I received great service and they sent me yet another leg cost-free of charge. The other concern is the fact that both chairs broke inside one week of each and every other. At 1st, I thought it was because of misuse, but I was sitting in the other chair, turned about to get up and the back fully separated!! Apparently the sockets for the screws among the seat along with the back aren't secure. Be careful!! So, now we have tape (a great deal) around the legs to preserve them from breaking once more...
